I’m guessing it only blocks the roll of mastery based procs like Necrotic Edge. Is that correct? does it also block the rolls of other types of procs such as granted skills from gear or devotion?
It only blocks weapon-pool-skill (WPS) procs. That includes things like Markovian’s Advantage, Zolhan’s Technique, and, yes, Necrotic Edge. And in case you didn’t know it only blocks those on the third hit when Cadence actually triggers.
The words you are looking is weapon pool skills. It blocks weapon pool skills which will always be worded with “activates off of default weapon attacks”
Weapon pool skills can come from mastery or gear. Weapon pool skills also are NOT procs. Cadence doesn’t mess with procs at all.
