Experienced my first hacker today after 100 hours of gameplay.
I couldnt see any report buttom or anything… Is there anything to do?

It’s a single player game. There’s nothing to be done about it. Also, it might just be a mod. Generally… If you are playing Multiplayer, and you come across someone who you think has either hacked or modded their game… Write down their name, and don’t play with them again. That’s all you can do. There’s no leader board, no competitive side, to Grim Dawn, so them hacking doesn’t affect you unless you choose to play with them.
If he joined your game just kick him and move on, there are no secure servers and there’s no rules against modifying your characters with tools or mods
