Just the low lvl one? I just ran trough my reserves trying new HC builds lol. I really like them on arcanist chars early on.

drop “anywhere”, SR, crucible, monster totems, devo shrines etc
probably more likely to have it drop from Totems in around level 20 areas, since SR/Crucible seem to feed you blueprints “first” closer to your level (ie if you’re level 100 opening the reward chests will feed you higher level blueprints before lower levels)
otherwise Vinelton should be a relative “quick” refresh compared to benevald since benevald only carries 1 blueprint per reset
