It’s an april fools joke. If you disable the subreddit style it should be gone.

while obvious april fools is obvious… seriously, shutting down the subreddit for those that don’t know how to get around it is beyond idiotic.

not certain if there is a better way…
but, open a reddit page you can open. go to your prefs. under “display options” turn off “allow subreddits to show me custom themes” this is global, shuts them all off. will have to turn if back on later if you want.

No idea, really, but they’re generally doing an exemplary job, tbqh. It’s not a big sub, but it’s honestly one of the better ones I’ve been at, with very few exceptions.

I’d be fine with it if it wasn’t so bloody obnoxious to bypass.
