When can i buy the Shattered Guardian Set?

I got to shard 38 and could not find the gauntlets (the other pieces was unlocked)

there are no gauntlets
chest, shoulder, helm, amulet only

ty, my mistake, i could not find the armulet yet even after shard 38

amulet is on the accessory tab/far right tab at the SR merchant, and should appear around sr60-65(24-26) i think?
