changed from mace to sceptre class,
still tho, base dmg value might be a mistake, guess we will see on 23rd 
edit according to GDS it’s real, but i can’t spawn it until i exit this dungeon
edit edit. spawned it, yup indeed has that low base dmg (guessing it’s low atleast, even despite the native burn?

So… I just opened Grim Tools and toyed around with the Devotions. You can’t take points away? For example, I couldn’t take the Yellow Crossroad point away. Is that going to be a thing when Fangs is live? Can’t recover Devotion points anymore?
No, it’s a bug so please report it in the grimtools build calc thread. This one has run its course really. If you have questions/problems then please use the relevant grimtools forum threads.
