Where Can I buy Blueprint: Relic - Blight

Hi,
I need Blueprint: Relic - Blight. I read that I can buy it in Hyram merchant but he didn’t have it.
Do I have to a lucky or I need to do something?

He does sell it but he only sells a few relic blueprints at a time. Keep restarting the session until he has it in his inventory.

yeah just visit hyram over and over again until he sells it.

Hyram sells random relics blueprints so you have to visit his shop several times to find the one you want.
You can “reset” any shop by visiting 2 other merchants so just rift away to Coven, visit the 2 merchants there (you don’t have to buy anything) and come back, that will change what Hyram sells.

When i doubt where to find some blueprint, search for it on GrimTools
