Etram Fald crafting or nemeses…since we are talking about a lvl. 58 item, Elite nemeses should also drop it.

by far the easiest place to farm for the exact item you need!

Just found it off of Boris, Master of the Pit. He’s located north of Old Arkovia Rift. Just go straight north and you’ll find lvl 60 guy.

My Warden was happy to see it.
