I’d like to farm this guy, but can’t for the life of me remember where he is. Wasn’t he the boss of “Chapter 5”?
Keep advancing the plot, he’s in Void’s Edge, after you activate Altar of Rattosh.
I’m going to try to farm him on elite first, so i’ve already blown by all that and in ultimate now with my necro.

Go to the Barrowholm rift and go north to the Altar.
