Where to farm for epic items like Stormcaller's Effigy?

Hi all, I’m lvl 26 druid going onto lvl 27 soon.

Does anyone know which area gives good epic drops(wand/whatever) relevant for my build? Like Stormcaller’s Effigy?

Now of course I know only bosses and heroes can drop blue items(epic), right? I’d rather not trade as I prefer to try and get this on my own first. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m following this build and know it’s likely nerfed but it’s okay: I’m still having fun.

There is no area to drop a specific item (except some MI legendary/epic which drop from some bosses) and every monster in the game can drop an unique item

Still you have better chances to loot epics/legendaries when farming bosses/heroes (especially end act bosses as the Warden Krieg)

Btw, I wonder: which wand is better? Anyone know how to tell?
