I am level 71 and have to beat the last Boss on Elite to pass on Ultimate but feel still weak. Is possible to farm Legendaries on elite and where is the best place?

You can also craft random legendaries at the smith in tyrant’s hold. Available on elite and ultimate. Requires rare components like ancient hearts.
