Rings bane of my Righteous Frevor Warlords existance still using Empowered Lifebloom Band and Legion War seal. Got nothing good on my old characters stash or shared stash or IA.
Depends on what you want, but like everything else in the game most rings are random drops. Only a few like Alkamos’ Torment can be target farmed.
What level you are? Depends also what damage type you deal. Cheap rings at level 90 I think are coven Refugee rings. You can also take a look at blacksmiths’ recipes. If you want target farmable ones, you can try Cronley.
There are a lot of rings that are target farmable (green and purple monster infrequents), some decent rings sold by faction vendors, but it depends by what you’re looking for. Check also grimtools
