As the topic title mentions already, I am curious where I can/should go to get my hands on the Fortress Relic blueprint. The Wiki shows that it is a level 35 item … a Transcendent Relic. ( And my character is lvl 52. ) Can I buy it some where or do I just have to hope for a chance that it will drop as loot some where?
If you don’t find it among the faction quartermasters, the rares guy in Steelcap will have it randomly, on normal.

Asterisk: I’m pretty sure about that. I don’t remember seeing Fortress specifically in the Steelcap vendor’s inventory, but I do remember seeing Juggernaut and Conflagration, which are the same level/tier as Fortress.
Well either way I will keep an eye out for the Fortress Relic Blueprint. It is not that I must have right now, I am still very happy with the Glacier Relic for my build. But the Fortress Relic gives more survivability, so once I can get it I will.
