Which 'allies' benefit from Arcane Empowerment (Inquisitor Seal)?

Simple question: Which ‘allies’ benefit from Arcane Empowerment (Inquisitor Seal)?

I assume that other players benefit from it, as well as regular minions that stand in it. However, what about minions such as Mortar Trap that scale with your bonusses? I assume that when you stand on the Seal that they benefit from the +% damage. Am I also correct in assuming that they do not (and cannot) benefit from the flat +damage bonuses?

Player Scaling Pets do not scale with any buffs whatsoever, only with player stats. So long as you’re in the Seal, they get buffed, but if it’s just the trap, nothing.
