CT Sorcerer or PB Spellbreaker? Or are they similar to play without good items? Would the next patch change this?

CT Sorcerer in my opinion.

CT sorc, not close. There is way more “second-best” gear for CT and you only scale 2 damage types whereas PB really needs some BiS-Items and scales like half the damagetypes in the game. Go with CT if you don’t have much gear yet.
