Maxing wind devil + modifiers or storm totem + stormcallers pact? Also would I want to make it convert 100% to vitality or is that bad.

I usually level using pets but Conjurer leveling is slow without devotions due to lack of aoe when compared to something like Cabalist’s mages and I don’t want to use devouring or grapsing.

Totem, hands down. It’s one of the best skills for leveling.

Just get an MI offhand with close to max %cdr roll (affixes doesn’t really matter) from the lightning grobble hero in Burrwitch Outskirts at around lvl 20 and you’re good to go.
