Which quest in AoM gives respec potion

Hi I have some old characters (time since I played them) and I think they are kind of screwed up how they are specced. So I know that you can get a potion to respec skill points and another to respec devotion and it would be very efficient to use this instead of lots of iron and crystals.

Do you know exactly where you get the potions rewards in AoM? I am starting right at the beginning of AoM with Act 4 completed etc… It was surprisingly harder to find with google and wiki to find the information. I could only find main quest without expansion in a wiki.

I would also like to thank Crate for making this quest/potion because this is a great example of something to do with it ie rescue old character.

  1. no potion for skill respec. in AoM, you can only use a sprit guide to respec these.

  2. tonic of clarity(devotions) - first coven quest, act V

  3. tonic of reshaping (attributes) - side quest near start of Act V. (lost father)

Both 2 & 3 can drop from Nemesis chests, as well.

Edit: #2 is actually a creed quest, but reward is in coven.
