Why is my Warborn physical DK's defense performance so bad

Let’s just take one minor example: how do you expect them to use Menhir’s Will while dual wielding?

@yy450471 Low sustain. No circuit breakers. Low Reflect damage resist while having reasonable Internal Trauma. Azrakaa’s proc would do more for you defensively than the one node in Crab.

Your Diviner has Turtle.
Your Deathguard has Azrakaa’s, Resilience and Turtle
Your Ember’s Calling has Blast Shield and and Turtle.

You might notice a pattern.

They can but it is only one source. For high SR it is good to have two… Damage reduction + absorption…

Investing into wps on Cadence builds is a waste. Reaping Strike on Warborn DK comes for practically free, but wasting a whole weapon slot for Zolhan and Necrotic is just taking away resources from your main damage dealer - Cadence. You can try my spec against same challenge:

Although I am not sure it’s tanky enough for something crazy (for a melee) like SR 38.

It’s still increased values (but they don’t multiply at least) for Sunder and debuffs (like 1.4 modifier for everything).

Sunder literally always had a 1.4x multiplier on Ultimate. Roll back to live and see for yourself.

Sunder amplifying debuffs was hotfixed out last week.

Quick check with Viloth: His sunder is sitting at 42% (ie. 30 * 1.4)

you’re right, i just did a quick check on grava, 33% fumble/impair pools presunder and 33% post sunder, so indeed seems fixed :+1:

and moggy seem to hold stead at 91% sunder and 80 ele shred too now :ok:
