I am an old TQ player, but new to this game so forgive me if this topic has been discussed before. I also want to mention I love the game, and have very few issues with anything in it.
That said, what is the logic behind having to “farm” dynamite, when you can craft so many other advanced reagents in the Grim Dawn world?
While it’s no huge deal to take 45 minutes and run the mines, especially, it’s a logic problem for me, because it makes you wonder how explosive materials are prolific enough that the Demolitionist class can just whip up infinite numbers of grenades, mines and bombs, yet no one can acquire or make a simple stick of dynamite.
If the emphasis is on keeping it rare, the crafting components/cost could of course scale to that. Or at the very least, maybe the drops could be less area/level specific, so higher level characters are not simply pointlessly grinding for it.
Anyway, just my two cents, and regardless of this minor complaint, I want to say thanks for a great game, Crate, and Happy New Year to all.
