To be honest, before the patch, SotT WB (3set) was already strong enough, so I was surprised that it was buffed. Was the purpose of promoting full set use?
Well, maybe what happens if you adjust the amount of retal damage by changing some of SotT’s acid retaliation to chaos?
If it is still too strong, you can change the% RtA of CS to another skill (e.g. blitz)
