Considering the behavior of Word of Pain proccing Tsunami multiple times, have you know other constelations skills that also does well with Word of Pain (Inquisitor) ?
any devotion with lowish cooldown/cd around 1sec will do nicely, specially if base proc chance is on the higher side 20-25%
word of pain will grant a trigger chance every second “per enemy” afflicted
while it might not always be beneficial in pure 1v1 single target fight scenarios, in any fight with couple mobs/aoe enemy affliction available it will trigger devos like crazy
