WPS and dual-wielding

Hi!

  1. Do all the WPS on items work for the both weapons while dual-wielding? Specifically, Seal of the Void.
Seal of the void is confirmed for dw. Still wonder about other item wps like the gauntlets.

BTW, it would be very helpful if all the skill descriptions had symbols or acronyms for the weapons required to use the skill and weapons adding their damage to the skill.

  1. Afaik, some WPS have slower animation. Which ones are slow and what about Seal of the Void’s WPS?
  2. If I have x% of debuff per attack, is the chance counted twice, for each weapon?
  3. Is the WPS flat damage boubled while dual-wielding?

If it lists both hands (main hand and offhand) in the skill description, then yes it will hit with both hands.

I need to know before I craft it.

Does indeed work, it shows MH and OH damage when you craft it if you’re dual wielding and I checked on a dummy and it does proc twice when dual wielding.

Thanks! Good to know.

For ranged WPS. there is a lot of stuff that is important that is not in the tooltip such as animation speed and number of shots. I would recommend isolating each WPS against the training dummy to get a better idea of how each WPS interacts with your weapons. I did this myself 2 years ago, but i’ve since forgotten which ones were good. I do remember coming away with the impression that the pyromancer item WPS were all around great. Generally dual weilding WPS is very good because there are more shots fired which is invisible in the tooltip.

For your questions the debuffs could fire on each projectile. You will have to visually see if the WPS uses both pistols and for how many shots. Flat damage is applied as part of the weapon damage % of the WPS, and is part of each shot.
