Wps with Explosive strike and Static strike

How do the wps shots work together with Explosive strike and Static strike?
Bursting round have 2 special bullets.
Chilling rounds and Jackson’s bullet have 4 special bullets.
Storm spread on max level have 10 special bullets.

Each special bullet activates brimstone fragments.

  1. Will each special bullet activate AoE Explosive strike in 3.5 meter area?
  2. Will each special bullet activate chance to lightning damage (Static strike)?

I would like to add a question about melee WPS:

Does Explosive Strike trigger from every enemy hit? (like secondary targets from Belgothian’s Shears)

Wps weapon % multiply with base fs skill
ES / static / brim is an separate attack attached to each hit
Apparently storm spread each hit of it gets a separate es ss bs.
