Wraith of Sorrows doesn't drop Spectral Crown MI nearly enough

I’m honestly not sure if this is bugged or what, but the Spectral Crown MI feels like way too rare of a drop. GrimTools says it should be about 29% (which, even that feels too low). To compare, most other MIs from bosses are at least 40% according to GrimTools. Hidden Path boss pants are 40%, Cronley’s Signet is 43%.

I’ve also run this boss many, many times (at least 20 - I even specifically only ran this boss for a bit) and only gotten the MI 3 times now. It certainly doesn’t feel like it drops 29% of the time, but that might just be RNG. Perhaps there’s a bug where the 84 version is attempting to be dropped but isn’t dropping? I don’t remember getting anything but the 94 version.

Regardless, feels like this MI should drop more than it currently does.

With less than 100 runs RNG can and will just screw you over, sometimes in incredible ways. You really need to get a statistically significant number of runs down before you can exclude randomness as a cause.
