Writ/Mandate on Outcast

On one character I was friendly to the Outcast in Vet/Elite and purchased her mandate, also went back to Elite before finishing Ikon quests in Ultimate to max reputation and cash in on her stuff, then went hostile on her in Ultimate.

Now for my stupid question: Will having the “bonus” reputation in her favour from my mandate negatively affect my ability to gain nemesis rep with her?

Nope. Writs and Mandates only affect positive reputation. If you want bonus to Infamy you’ll need Faction Warrants that are only dropped by nemesis bosses.

The Outcast could drop warrant when you reach Nemesis status with her that said (i don’t think she does)
