Looks like you are looking at Superfluffy’s Belgo bm build. Hate to say this but gdstash is the only way to go. You can craft them yourself or ask someone to do it for you if you dont want to get your hands dirty 
Or prepare to farm for a lifetime if you want to go clean…
Try the trading sections but they are labeled Legit so i doubt u can find these dirty items there.
I suggest going purple legendary version instead, the green version with these specific affix combos are way too unrealistic.

It means it’s technically obtainable, but the chances of getting those particular affixes are incredibly unlikely. GD Stash is an external program you can use to create gear instead of farming it yourself.

Some people call those who use GDStash cheaters, but since the game is single player you can play how you want without affecting anyone else. If you want to use it go ahead.
Obviously when talking about Legit for trade purposes those items are expected to be obtained without the use of GDStash and are solo self found instead.

let me break your heart by saying he is, and this is the truth for 99.99% of build makers here. But this dirty ritual of spawning items is considered an art in GD community because its allowed by the Crate of Entertainment. Such defiling practice, despite being dirty is being resorted by many who have played the game countless times because nobody has the time to farm. But by using these corrupt tools, build makers are able to create special items and characters quickly breaking the boundaries of time and space. Their imaginations run wild and as a result we see amazing builds in a quick fashion. Now its up to you to join the dark side.
nobody is getting banned and these items can be smuggled in multiplayer with no problems
why im playing this game tho …
because you have the option to not use these tools and ignore everyone, and just play the way you want, clean, innocent and devoid of any form of corruption
No one gets banned for using GDStash or any other tools for the game. As said, it’s a single player game so play it how you want to. There are no closed servers so anyone multiplaying has to take any trades on trust, but some items are so obviously stashed you wouldn’t get away with the trade most likely.
That’s not entirely true.
Most crafters DO use GDstash and make fantasy builds, but 99% of the time, we also provide item alternatives for a much more realistic spec, which performs marginally worse.
I can’t speak for others, but I know that crafters here tend to separate “legit” items from “GDstashed filth.”
And none of us would ever trade GDstashed gear with players who want to play legit self-found.
that’s true, I failed to mention that but imagine a world without gdstash. boring right? and Less gd and balancing memes I suppose. Everyone loves gdstash here except the new innocent ones. 
IMO, most theorycrafters have actually played legit for a long time. GDstash + GT = the true endgame for GD
i play like 100 HR with out GD . now im so disappointed i feel game is good i want to play like POE but now is so treid
