I find the design behind this new mechanic to be odd. I always thought the purpose behind it was the improve healing skills+devotions and health regeneration because these things were weak overall relative to life steal and ghoul devotion power.
The current design as far as I am aware does boost life steal (but slightly countered by increased resistance of monsters?) but does not affect health regeneration?
Regardless, to me it would have made most sense for life steal to be excluded and the values of % increased healing raised because with the values as they are atm I predict the healing devotions still won’t be taken up by optimal builds. At least this way life steal res on monsters would not need to be raised and Dryad at the very least would be a more common find on builds.
