The in-game Achievement tab has been reset going from 1.3.0.5 to 1.3.0.8 on XBOX. At 1.3.0.5 some achievements would pop and others would not (for example, character reaching level 50). Maybe this has already been reported but the XBOX has only been on patch 1.3.0.8 for 10 days now and the in-game tab is not something I actively checked (but do know it was previously working).
