Same issue for me and my friend. We are both on Xbox Series X. Nearly 2 years of progress and characters gone. Please have a fix for this.

I lost my level 87 death knight spent 100s of hours playing 300 in fact I so hope this can be fixed my gamertag on Xbox is EgoisticCed123 I hope this can be fixed I love this game you all made art with this title I so hope I get my death knight back if possible even if I just got a blank lvl 87 character so re building wont be to hard be I am pretty sure that cant happen just sucks I truly love this game it is my d2 I play it when am down either way thank you for what you have made I am starting a new character waiting for this to be fixed I can hope sorry for the word soup am just …bummed

This fix is now live, and all characters should once again be available after downloading a small update.

The update probably hasn’t gotten to everyone yet, it can take up to an hour or so to roll out of the xbox store.

OK Rhis I have only downloaded the update and not the fix as it isnt appearing yet. As it’s 1 am in the UK I’m going to leave it for tonight and see if the update is out in the morning.

thanks for getting back to me glad to hear there is still hope will keep playing on my new character but I miss my lvl 87 death knight I had to start a new character because I love this game and I know your not a huge team so the fact your even trying to fix it tonight blows my mind I hope it works and thank you crate this game is my chicken soup such a deep world I get lost in it any other game I would have uninstalled and never trusted the devs again you guys on the other hand are different you care again thank you sorry about being to wordy hope things get fixed for everyone

The version with the fix is 1.3.0.2, which you can see under “Manage Game”. My retail xbox is still on 1.3.0.1, so it definitely hasn’t rolled out just yet. Any characters created in v1.3 should remain available after the patch also.

its fixed thank you so much i will be buying the new dlc i was so bummed about losing my character amazing you guys fixed it i thought i was doomed now i must play when i have abit more money am going to bye some of the loyalty packs as a team you all rock thank you

This didn’t fix it for me. version does say 1.3.0.2 and all new characters are now unable to be deleted as well.

Also progress is gone. Stash is empty and cannot select harder difficulty I have completed the game on 4 characters.

did it ever work out for you hope so losing your character sucks let alone 4 the pacth they rolled out fixed things quick for me
