So I just wanted to be clear on how I will obtain the new expansion when its released soon, through Humble acct where I bought the Loyalist Edition for 75.00$ or will it be a auto download from Steam.

I just wanted to be sure I am ready day 1 when its released. Can anyone clarify for me how I will obtain it?

I expect you will get an extra key on Humble, which you will need to redeem on Steam (for some of us on GoG) then.
