"Yearly Taxes Collected" yields no increase in gold

What have happened for at least 3 years now, is that when my market collects tax revenue annually, I don’t actually receive (or even see) the gold that was supposedly collected at the end of each year.
Ever since I constructed a Rat Catcher and halted its use, my gold has been drained and remained at 0 ever since I built the building. I deconstructed the Rat Catcher yet my gold remains empty.

This bug occurred in the previous patch, but still persists.

Also note that you need to pause production at a building like the Rat Catcher, not just remove the worker.

Deconstructed the rat catcher. Still haven’t gotten a single tax revenue the past 12 (now 24) months despite saying so in this summary.

So you have a positive gold income in the top right, but gold remains at 0?

Do you have any construction going on that requires gold, and also did you do any transfers of gold to the Trading Post that might still be going?

Nope. Haven’t unlocked Trading Post yet, only got the market. Gold is “positive” at (0) and 0 overall.

So you have enough expenses in the town to have net 0 gold? What is the issue then?

The yearly summary is just how much you collected in taxes, not how much of that was spent. It is not a summary of net gain.

I don’t have any expenses after I removed the rat catcher. Right now it says 4 on services expense but I literally deconstructed the only service I had.
