I’ve always thought that +skills to max Inferno for the physical RR would make sense. Also the converted-> IT would be useful for some help to the overall set.
The BM concept is a soldier-caster, so CT is a better concept fit for this than battlecry, even if it works out to slightly less RR. ( why yell “ahhhh” when you can just cast a spell?!!) And…I’d like to see the inferno RR be useful for something.
I’ve played Spellscourge BM a bit, here’s the link: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/q2mPEwmN. It’s pretty tanky but it’s damn slow even though I tried to stay in the middle and spam Devastation. The result was >12 minutes. Maybe u can do better but I suppose it’s the problem of class&set mostly.
12 minutes on end game build is disgraceful time,for a set!
