So…I’ve been toying around with a druid using the stormseer sapphire: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/aZqKxlA2
What baffles me is how a single amulet is able to add almost as much value to AAR as a build dedicated to the skill.
One can even argue that this amulet is better than the black flame set given the ease of applying cold/lightning AAR.
I’m not sure what the solution to this issue is, but would love to hear what the community thinks.
EDIT: Perhaps a buff for the darkflame set is in order? I suggest:
-
Moar flat damage to AAR
-
Changing the transmuter on AAR from lightning --> Vitality to lightning --> Fire while simultaneously making the set a chaos/fire set. I mean…what am I going to do with 30% aether --> Chaos conversion on the shoulders when I am already fully converting aether to chaos?
