I remember this guy. He used to always sit at the Southeast side of, ‘Plains of Strife’ but I realized he’s not there more than half the time. Several patches ago he was there about 100% of the time. Did the devs remove him because of his annoying nullification ability or did they just make him a random chance to spawn in? I miss this guy but I know you guys probably don’t.

He seemed WAY more frequent several patches ago though. And he probably was.
I also haven’t seen this guy neither on streams or in my own playthroughs for holy fuck I don’t even know how long. I once ran through his spawn point 5 times during one day and he was not there. Neither saw him on streams when people ran near his spot.
I haven’t actually fought him for at least 300 in-game hours. Actually, when I had 420 hours in GD, it was the last time I saw him, now I have 776 hours.

you and I both know something changed over the last few patches. Either his spawn chance was at 90% and they reduced it to 40% I don’t know.
To me it either is bugged or his spawn rate was reduced to under 1%.
I don’t even think Medea fleece knows what he’s reading. Zantai needs to look into this or whatever happened to Grava the other co-owner? So much has happened lol.

Remember that each time you exit back to the main menu the % chance to spawn resets as well.
I used to see him about every other run, now I just don’t see him at all, even on streams. Last time a guy went through his spawn point maybe even 10 times and he hasn’t been there. He thought he’s lucky he didn’t spawn.
Ughh, I remember farming the dude for 40 min and not getting him to spawn even once… twice. yes 2 session of 40 min
But hey, that’s % chance to spawn.
I have not seen him lately.I remember old days,before knowing him,someone emerges from nowhere and kills me in a second with my leveling char:D
But when you farm him for that Shadow strike dagger,he doesn’t spawn.

Boris is the same for me, rarely see him while levelling now. Though, I don’t actively check his or Loxmere’s spot and both are “chance to spawn” Bosses. You can kill several of the same Boss in a row without getting their MI to drop sometimes - it’s all RNG.
I actually get Boris all the time. Every time I run there, he’s there. Ran maybe 10 times there to kill Fabius, leveling (3 times) etc, and he was not there once iirc. Loxmere just doesn’t give a fuck.
Haven’t seen Boris for the last 2-3 times, but he showed up today for me. Slaughtered him with my Plague Lord in Grimarillion. Easy. He random spawns for me.
Can’t comment on Loxmere since I rarely make it into Elite or Ultimate. He was spawning fairly regularly in PewSquare’s streams a few months back. He lost his pure Nightblade in Ultimate to him.
So PewSquare steals all Loxmere’s from us… Great… I’ll slaughter this guy.

Loxmere was there last three times I ran through (3 different chars).
Haven’t seen old Boris for a while though, but must have within the last 5-6 times because I have a pair of his blades…
Loxmere is picking up only hc chars, he ain’t bothering himself with sc anymore
