It would be cool if we could prioritize the building of walls as well, as it seems walls in general are built pretty slow and you have to click each segment to prioritize it → faster building of walls.

You can prioritize them. One by one.
For the slowness of their construction, this is a bug that Crate is working on.
Yes, but I’d like to mass-prioritize them. It’s a pain in the ass with a long wall and some objects hiding the spots

I know but now it is useless to priorotize them. That change nothing.
Why is it useless to prioritize? I had several construction projects, prioritized the walls(one by one) and they got completed first…

If we have 20 builders, there will not be 20 to build the walls even if there is nothing else to build. You’re happy if 3 of them do the job at the same time. That’s the bug.
Gotcha! So its like the squares are treated as individual building that i need to prioritize, but it wont put 3 builders per square…
Well I’m glad my wall finished in time regardless… just in time to stop an invading army of 134 strong 
Yes, same here.
If I click the wall segments one by one to prioritize them, they are build quickly (quicker), the rest of the wall is untouched for ages.
Maybe there is a bug with building walls in common (as they seem to be built much slower as other objects), but prioritizing would help.

Just to add, just started upgrading to stone walls in my 8.0 game, and it’s going much faster than in 7.6.I’m prioritizing individual wall segments, as I did in the previous version, but the response seems faster from my Builders. Before, even prioritized wall segments could sit there for years. Now they seem to get built within a couple of months. There still isn’t the sense of urgency among the little digital Builders that there is in me when I’m waiting out the Next Raid, but it’s better than it was . . .
