This was my first toon and I just got back into playing it. Just dinged level 70 at the last few bits of Elite. When I die, it’s typically because I got ballsy/lazy and thought I could stand in a pile of crud for the last few hits on a mob.
I am playing completely self-found and only have the boots from the OP’s gear list. The rest of my gear is a hodge-podge of MIs, a few Rares, and random Legendaries that “fit” the build.
In short…yes, this build is excellent for a first playthrough. If it’s anything like my experience, you’ll find Targo’s Hammer to be a great aoe-style compliment to your arsenal.
Are your pics from the last patch or this one? I have the full build except for the Markovian helm and my dreeg pants aren’t stonehide and i have a different cronley’s ring. With all 6 toggle skills active my dps is only 43k. In your pics it shows it at 67k.
Also how long did it take you to get stonehide on the pants? I’ve spent most of the last 4 days of playtime just farming for these pants with no luck. Are they hard to get or is my luck just bad right now?
Yep all updates are post-patch as stated at the top of the guide. Is you DPS with deadly momentum on? Also full set gives massive flatphys damgge so that matters to.
I got the stonhide quite fast but with a shitty 2% OA. It’s just luck. Keep farming. For example on my Blademaster build i gor resistant solael-sect of vitality after 4 hrs of farming. It’s aprox 1 pair of pants every 3 runs. You can have 6 runs with no pants and suddenly get 2 pants in a row. Get anythinfg with relevan resists and if it has some life on it even better. I need to get better Pants for this build too.
A shade from level 40 with this build and really enjoying it, I have a full set of Perdition armour sat in my bag for when I ding, and some other armor, need a better 1h though.
I am currently doing homestead quests, the Derm Queen and the Aetherial thing east of Derm hive.
Any particular MI I should look out for while leveling?
Nothing in perticular. A good green mace
or bonscythe with flat damage bonuses and % speed. Superior of alacrity is esy to find and legit enough for damage.
The new MI axe from Valbury has great potential with good affixes.
For armor anything you can find with resists, life. Fleshwraped Shoulders are good for this build
WEll, I have been following this build and got it all together and taking it through Crucible. I managed to get through Challenger tonight (would’ve been last night, but got a BS death on the last 5 waves) and this build just tanks so hard unless you get a monster or pack that can stun you hard. I will eventually try Gladiator, but for now a little break.
That said, I have seen the Bonescythe Axe mentioned a few times…thought that wouldn’t work with the Scepter constellation? Do we keep that constellation even if using that axe?
That’s just for early leveling when you probably don’t even have rhowan’s yet. If you are lucky you can find a decent one at Secret shop in blood grove. People like it because it’s pure physical with very fast attack speed. If not, good green mace will do.
Can you explain me if its so important the second class?, is tha because your build do double damage than mine?, or its much important constalletions?..

The most important things in second class (demmo) is temper which adds flat physical damage to all your % weapon damage. At lvl 15 is like an extra lvl 12 bulwark. so you can get highest physical damage. Also Blast shiled and Overguard are a gret defensive combination.
But you might not have to reroll. Blademasters and Which Blades are also high damage.
42 now and started in the Blood Grove stuff, taken Kymon faction. That Perdition set is crazy, I have like 4.2k retaliation in it, most stuff just insta dies when it hits me lol.
Just need to find a better weapon, been scouring vendors and nothing as of yet so should I just try and craft something?
Maxed Blitz with falconswoop + Bulwark and deadly momentum should destroy at your lvl regardless, cadence too. Don’t spend your time farming at your level. Take the best you can find

Yeah I’m not farming I’m just doing the story hopefully will be 50 before final boss, 46 now and the only thing that I’ve had to skip is that Mad Queen boss thing from the Hidden Path quest line. I just couldn’t seem to rent her but she could pretty much 2 shot me lol

And could someone explain what “temper” mean when you speak about it?.. my god im starting to be old for this…
Temper is the skill tied to “Flame Touched” in the upper part of the Dmmolitionist mastery. The flat Damage from temper is added to all your sources of % weapon damage (Cadence, Blitz, devotion abilities). Same goes for flat damage in Menhir’s bulwark or Oleron Rhowan’s Scepter devotion, all of them adding up to big damage.
as for faction just go with Kymon’s it’s what most people do. Though both ways are possible, it won’t break your game
