At first glance it looks really good
You should cap devouring swarm tho, on lvl 16 is giving you much more vitality rr than cof and I dont think its inferior to it. Only thing Im not sure and should be tested is master of death vs primal bond. Maybe you will need that dmg adsorption.
I wanted to use that medal also, but didnāt had any with needed roll :undecided:
You can try but I really doubt that is possible in any reasonable time
It does but for Aether based DE it hardly pays of to go that route, much better is to take haunt than to incorporate rattosh in devo path. And even if you do that it wouldnāt be on same lvl like with vitality cuz it misses twin fangs and wendigo.
I stooped doing that after 1.0.0.7 or so, when everything I suggested was considered as Ėcrying all over the forumĖ and being ĖbuthurtĖ about the issue.
Balancing, or to be more accurate, nerfing crusade made this game more unbalanced than ever.
Iām missing several pieces but I respecced anyway from a pet build. I am pretty equal in power, except now I can kill Fabius and Iron Maiden. Still canāt clear Challenger Crucible though. I had the Dreadwalker Carver and Tome, crafted the headpiece, however I canāt seem to find the chestpiece. I donāt farm AoM, and I have a bazillion blues from farming old world content. I am guessing the Dreadwalker set only drops in the expansion zones, even though I am level 100? Anyone know what area they drop in or a good place to farm them up?
And i struggle finding Tome. Got 5+ chestpieces, two daaggers, helm recipe⦠But tome just refuses to dropā¦
I farm Crucible, and Dreadwalker set pieces drop in it. I suppose, it drops in non-AoM areas too, enemies just should have high enough level to drop lvl94 item.
It works more than ok, tho I dont recommend any build for HC for simple reason: I dont recommend playing GD in HC, to much RNG influence.
I dont know any that are 100% immune. Only one I dont recommend facetanking at all is MQ, cuz build doesnāt have circuit breaker thus MQ can shotgun you to death in some cases.
Lol, I have like gazillion tomes and similar number of chest pieces, but only one dagger, guess you just cant awoid to have some problems with at least one set piece :undecided:
just wanted to say, i did 150 glad as aether drain essence with uroburuuk, so its possible, and not shit ;). i used 2 buffs though, as it was my first time crucible at all, apart from getting devotions in the beginning.
130 - 150 took less than 8 minutes, 100 - 150 around 20 - 25 min i believe, with zantarin, baneāgalor and iron maiden as last wave, dont know if thats a hard combo for crucible.
JoV - what are your thoughts on using Dark One`s set instead or combine it with Dreadwalker? There seems to be lots of options to use DO set however the strongest/most fun combo seems to elude me.
Yea, I just checked monster stats, you are right. But I could swear that I ADCTH from Zantarin
Dont get me wrong finishing cruci one time doesnāt mean much, point of cruci builds/cruci farmers is to ensure reliable farming with more than, I would say, 90% chance of success. I test builds w/o buffs and banners for mainly two reasons:
With buffs and banners is not challenging enough for me.
If build can finish cruci w/o buffs and banners that in most cases simply means that it will be reliable farmer with buffs and banners.
Also I never said it doesnāt work to some extent I just stated that its much weaker setup and thus not worth it imho.
I tried so many options with DO set but Drain essence wasnāt one of them unfortunately. Since DO set doesnāt have any aether to vitality conversion I dont see it as top choice for DE build, tho, that set is so strong that almost everything I tried with it can reliably finish cruci, maybe it will be the case with DE build also.
Trying the build out. Liking it so far, just in Act4 normal though. One question about final build. The spec you have on grimtools has 50 points in Necro Mastery, but you only use skills up to 40. Are those last 10 points worth it for the stats and health? I would think spending them elsewhere would be more useful.
Edit: just thought of one more question. Iām often confused about flat damage on abilities and items. You put a point into Second Rite, but I thought that flat damage only applied to weapon attacks, not spells. Am I misunderstanding how that works?
