Sometimes, AAR Builds play Glass Canon style
This one is a little bit different, it plays Tanky Canon style
You can fight Fabius, MQ, Kuba, Gargabol, Deathstalker, Master of Flesh, or even Grava without using Tonic of Mending or Healing Potions at all
Just for clarification, “Tanky” in this build doesn’t mean it can facetank everything…
No, it is just more defensive setup with CDR Blood of Dreeg Healing + CDR Mirror + CDR Nullification
These 3 skills are awesome defensive skills
Blood of Dreeg can instant heal your HP, Mirror gives 3,3s invincible mode, and Nullification can clear bad AoE damage/negative effects
Thanks to nice CDR from Skills and Gear
We have faster Blood of Dreeg, Mirror, and Nullification Cooldown
Actually, this build also has other defensive layers like :
Good Physical Resist (Up to 46%)
Overcapped All Resists (Over Maximum) - Prismatic Barrier Available
Good DA (3K)
Nice Health Regen
24% Damage Absorption (Maiven’s Sphere)
Circuit Breaker like Turtle Shell + MoD for preventing us from Death
After testing with Tanky Canon AAR Warlock on the first post, I decide to make the Glass Canon version with Pure AAR as only Primary Skills
Raven will be part of our companion for boosting Elemental Damage
AAR in this Warlock still Cold Lightning variant with more additional boosting to Cold Damage compare to previous one
CDR still very effective as our main defense, with only 8K HP, this Warlock can adventuring in PV and BOC as you can see in the videos
Just letting you know, both AAR Warlock in this thread have zero spirit investment
[spoiler]I like playing with this Pure AAR Warlock, you need to step back ahead for see the animation of Cool AAR
Also I agree with ABCbarbecue and eszvgy for buffing AAR here
Passing through enemies AAR or Chain Lightning AAR would be Cool
Ultos is better for Savagery/Primal Strike Builds
Iskandra Set Bonus is very good, with other bonus, I can get +5 to Arcanist Skills
Also the resistances bonus is nice, it has good Physical Resist, combine with Aspect of The Guardian, we’ll get sweet Physical Res
Currently I can’t find better gear for Elemental AAR Warlock than Iskandra Set
Yeah Druid is nice too for Lightning AAR

Actually I can make it more offensive by taking Devastation and using other conversion method for Aether–>Lightning
This one I just wanna test Lightning CT modifier from Amulet
Mage Hunter can make use of this Amulet too
Hey, I know that it’s probably been a while since you thought about it, but is there any way that you could update your glass cannon aar warlock build with your devotion path? I still haven’t mastered the art of looking at a completed devotion chart and figuring out the order.
