Are there any notable changes with 1.2?

the build hasn’t been updated for ages and most likely won’t ever be.
pierce BA is kinda whack now, one better play phys one.

Thanks for the reply. I am kinda lost now. Is there any Blademaster build that uses Two-Handed, Blade Arc, and focuses on Physical damage, that’s up to date?

blademaster no, but you can go for dk as this [1.1.9.0] Dead Metheny - Physical BA Deathknight [SR90] [4.45 Crucible] [Ravager, Avatar]
