EDIT: it has been pointed out to me that perhaps the points spent in blood pact might be inefficient compared to simply maxing out the base wendigo totem.
Also playing around with the idea of a single glyph of the storm witch instead of the rare “of the dranghoul ring” to max out storm totem and put an additional proc into the mix.
It might be more efficient to use a well rolled valexteria’s skytorn robes instead of the current chestpiece, it deserves some science
