I’ll do the classic S to D tier grouping. Balanced strength is top priority so classes that excel at both defense and offense will appear highest. In some cases extreme offensive performance might make up for the lack of excellent defense. It is not the case the other way, though. List also considers versatility, meaning if a class is a one-build pony, it won’t get a very high ranking even if that one build is top tier itself.
