I think I slowed down GD around a year ago and I started playing only:
Dota 2
Skyrim
Doom Eternal - and I am at the moment going through the dlc again 
Darkest Dungeon - turn-based RPG i really enjoy
Anyone know the purpose of the Inspiration devo (Bard’s Harp)?
What’s the benefit of Inspiration for this build? I’m still learning so can’t recognize it for myself yet.

The proc is a nice boost to OA and DA(generic boost) and also gives slow res which this build needs especially in Crucible. The small nodes are also great since they give pierce damage and nice stats. This build doesn’t really have energy issues so the energy part is not that useful.
You can see in the Green version he skips it because much more OA and capped slow res from the greens.
