Well Sentinel is not the best option for dual wield melee and this build is not the strongest, if you prefer fire damage you can use this one [1.1.9.5] The Burning Crusader: Reloaded - DW Melee Fire Shieldbreaker SR 75-76/85/Ravager of Minds/Avatar of Mogdrogen but amulet variant has changed on 1.1.9.6 so swap it with aether or chaos stun jacks destructive whisper version which doesn’t affect the build. If damage doesn’t matter then check the Build Compendium X (Forgotten Gods) there are plenty of DW builds.
