With its recent series of buffs, would it be viable to swap out the obelisk and lion points for an order crossroads and the tortoise?

Just hit lvl 94 and switched to Vanquisher set with other gear (except relic for now). Very hard to control if just holding the button instead of pressing it each time. Reminds about sorceress in Diablo 2 with cast rate gear (Wizardspike etc.) teleporting like crazy.
