compared 2 builds before and after and the damage numbers are exactly the same, the spam aegis conduit change did go live.

It is possible it had already gone out with the last hotfix. 465% Weapon damage at rank 26 would confirm if it has the new values or not.

gotcha, aegis does have 465% weapon damage at 26/16.
