GRIMTOOLS: Death Knight, Level 100 (GD 1.2.1.6) - Grim Dawn Build Calculator
SR 33 Clear: https://youtu.be/wlNUUTwVsUE
Inspired by Dantioch’s build, updated and optimized for HC.
Pros:
High damage and life steal
Fast clear with cleave
Simple and straightword one-button playstyle
Fulfills the “meat blender” playstyle fantasy
Easy to gear
Cons:
Low range, even for a melee
Wasted relic slot just to be able to dual-wield
Struggles with spread ranged mobs
Sustain is inconsistant due to relying completely on life steal
Squishier than it looks due to lack of layered defenses
Can’t use Menhir’s Bulwark due to dual-wielding
Conclusion:
While viable for HC, it is basically a worse version of Leviathan DK. Can be a decent SR 30-31 farmer, but not recommended for SR pushing. 34+ doesn’t feel safe to run.
