And with phys RR Shaman would be quite good as well…

Wind Devils need physical RR

Physical damage needs more help wherever it can get it. Shaman has physical damage on Primal Bond. If it had also physical RR on Wind Devils then physical Primal Strike could shine again and physical Cadence would like it as well. It would enable physical AAR Druid and more builds for sure… Physical Ritualist, Archon and Conjurer would become an option… Warder would suck less… If Avenger would be OP due to this there can be specific nerfs for it… There were RR additions last patch and this one…
