8-13 flat reduced by tdm and -12% wd scaling so you’re looking at losing 1k dmg per shot after spirit/acid bonuses
Mark of dreeg gives you flat poison, which wont stack per hit sure, but also gives you an automatic dmg proc to assist. Should probably weigh out that 1k dmg per shot even before 15 RR consideration get added in
*note i’m not saying to not take flat RR in devos, since those are higher amounts/those devos also offer other stats useful for acid ABB Witchhunter, be it lifesteal/speed/bonus dmg etc stats. Just that Mark of Dreeg does offer the potential for different/“greedier” devo routes that then doesn’t include flat RR because comp covers it.
Alternatively you also have Silvercore bolts even if it’s less flat it’s more %dmg and racism and OA; but then dmg gain likewise with biting blades will be overall higher with the flat RR devos

i like to set test examples at 1 res(i don’t remember if it bugged at 0 res) and then up to 86? res for the acid resistant nemesis values. Then one can see the estimated dps gain range of an extra 15-24-27 RR on top of current, for both the min applicable enemies and the hard targets

*for me it shows 8-15% dps gain on 1-86res enemy with just +15 flat RR added to current, 27 flat(manticore devo) would be 14-26% gains as example
+25% paper math dps vs something like Zantarin or humans isn’t exactly peanuts
