100+ hours, 1000+ population, feedback

Performance
It is almost unplayable with a high population. Perhaps less than 10FPS. Even with all of the graphics settings turned down or off. I have a very modern gaming PC. Optimisations to the logic on most things can be improved/constrained. One obvious example is the fact that everyone goes to fetch water to put out a fire, that’s 1000+ people to put out a fire at a single shelter, this will be puting a huge unnecessary load on the engine.

Compost Yard
It quickly becomes tedious having to click every single one of the 10+ yards, then click on a field. Can there please be an option for this to auto fertilise to the lowest percent fields first. Also, I think the capacity needs to increase significantly.

Work camp
I have spammed the map with them and they are simply not cutting enough wood. The wood yield needs to be much higher, and I should only need 1 or 2 huts, and the upgrade should increase the speed, yield, and number of workers perhaps.

Forager shack
Similar issue as the work camp, the yield is just not high enough. Also, need to be able to add up to 4 workers.

Raids
These are too easy. At 900 population my town easily defended itself against 165 raiders, without requiring the soldiers. Also, there should be a reward for “winning” the battle. Perhaps some kind of “spoils of war”, or a chance to loot some of the items each of the raiders is carrying?
Also the AI is just too simple. The raids follow a road that I have made that leads them straight by a large number of Watch towers on a mountain, all with 18+ damage. Now the raiders barely even get to my town, the few that do, just get cut down by the watch towers at the entrances. My soldiers don’t even do anything.

Graveyard
This needs to regenerate. Perhaps reduce the capacity by 1 every 80 years? Otherwise the map will just be full of graveyards after a few hundred years.

Bugs
There are many of them, please see my posts in the bug section.

Vault
Make this more valuable. Do not allow gold ingots to be stored anywhere else other than the vault and the Town centre, but limit the capacity at the town centre. This will make fortifying the vault(s) more interesting.

Large Barn
Please make them auto slaughter, at a pre-defined number. Similar to the compost yard, it is very unnecessarily tedious to have to manually slaughter at 8+ barns.Toggling milking seems pointless, there does not seem to be a time when I set this to off/No.

Camera zoom
This is too low. Needs to be higher, and we need to be able to tilt the view a bit.

Lack of materials
In the endgame, the town can not be self-sufficient. In fact, eventually all minable resources are mined, and all trees are cut down. I am completely dependant on the Trading centre now.

Overall, a fantastic effort so far, and a lot of potential. These are all very fixable issues, well done!
