Top of that i have a few shippers their, but they are not shipping whats in the near and don’t even ship anything from the new infinite mines.

I say you’ve got not enough wagons. Easy way to check - go to their productivity window. If they are 100% work, means they are too busy to serve all mines. Build some more. When you see they have like 10% slack time it’s ok. If the slack time is more than 10% simply fire one, if less build some more.
Transport is about 20 %. (see the pricture) At least i saw a few shipping around from gold ore.
top of that i don’t understand why the transport route is not more fixed to that one producing mines near them
because of that i have more moving from my mines instead. Ok more transporters hopefully it will work.
